It’s hard to find the words to describe a day as enormous as a wedding. I’m not going to let that keep me from sharing more photos on my blog this year. Sit back and enjoy the wedding day of Anna and Miguel. It took place on her parent’s homestead. Miguel wanted to wear a navy suit. They incorporated some favorite things like sparkly gold alongside nautical stripes, peonies and pellegrino. Anna suprised Miguel by reading her vows in Afrikaans (he’s from South Africa, so this was an incredible surprise). Believe me, nobody was without chills and tears. It was a powerful moment. Miguel’s dad stood up there with him in the bridal party. There’s something wonderful about being in a place where family is so valued, I loved capturing kisses between Anna’s parents and also her grandparents throughout the day. I hope you feel what I felt as I took these photos as you scroll through them.
