The sky was overcast. There was a marathon happening along high street next to Ohio State’s campus; I actually had to sprint between runners as I headed towards the Oval on this chilly Saturday morning. I adored the way the day unfolded. I wouldn’t change a thing. I had such a great time with B & C. They were kind, laughed easily and just look at them- they are stunning people. B’s graduating with her doctorate this weekend after seven years at OSU and moving back to Taiwan, where she will be much closer to C (after 11 years of long distance dating). They’ll be married next year. I’m so glad we had the chance to cross paths and wish them a wonderful move, transition, and job search for her!
